First Aid and Emergency Response Training Programme on 23rd December 2025 by SVCET MBA Dept in association with ALERT

The Department of Management Studies,  organized a First Aid and Emergency Response Training Programme on 23rd December 2025, in association with ALERT – Amenity Lifeline Emergency Response Team (Puducherry Chapter).

The programme was conducted  with the objective of creating awareness and imparting practical knowledge on first aid, emergency handling, and life-saving techniques among students and faculty members.

The session was led by the distinguished Resource Person, Mr. Karlmarks, DTEd, MA, M.Ed., Manager – Training and Projects, ALERT, Chennai. He delivered an insightful and interactive session covering essential topics such as basic first aid procedures, emergency response during accidents, handling medical emergencies, and immediate care techniques, supported with real-life examples and demonstrations.

The training programme was well appreciated by the participants and aligned with the institution’s commitment to student safety, social responsibility, and holistic development.
