Medical camp at Valavanur taluk Siruvanthadu village organized by SVCOPT & SVMCH

Sri Venkateswaraa Physiotherapy College and Sri Venkateswara Medical College Hospital  organized a free medical camp at Valavanur Taluk Siruvanthadu village with the guidance of our chairman on 16/03/24.
The medical camp was conducted under the supervision of Deputy General Manager of Sri Venkateswaraa Medical College, Mr. Pugazhendi and Professor K. Anand Babu, Principal of Physiotherapy College. More than 100 general public participated in this camp and received consultation, free medicine and physiotherapy treatment.
In the presence of Special Officer SO Dr.Ramesh, Physiotherapy Clinical coordinator Mr. T.Bharaneedharan and Sri Venkateswara Medical College Doctors, Physiotherapists, and students are actively volunteered to help successful completion of this camp. 
The women participating in the camp were given awareness and counseling about various illnesses like cervix cancer, maternity health, anemia, pre and post natal exercise, breast cancer etc.
Sri Venkateswaraa Medical College community medicine department provided awareness and counseling about tuberculosis.
General public with symptoms of certain diseases were referred to Ariyur Sri Venkateswara Medical College Hospital for further treatment. Siruvanthadu Panchayat
Chairman Mr. Saravanan and Councilor Mr. Udaya supported the successful completion of the camp.
