4TH PHARMACOVIGILENCE WEEK

An account of pharmacology department collaborates with Indian pharmacopoeia commission and department of pharmacology ADR monitoring centre & medical education unit celebrating 4^th pharmacovigilence week from 17^th to 23^rd September 2024 at SVMCH&RC by pharmacology department. The program was held at Sai auditorium. Students of our SVGI group of institutions participated in various events based on the theme of “Building ADR reporting culture for patient safety” includes: face painting, slogan ,essay writing, picture quiz/connections, poster presentation, memes, short films, reels and quiz.

On behalf of SVCOPT students have participated on the following events and won prizes, from BPT 2^ND year R.REVATHY got first prize in slogan competition. For face painting N.KAMALESH & V.MITHUN KUMAR have got 2^nd prize, poster presentation B.NARESH KUMAR have secured 1^st prize, In essay competition R.VANAJA secured 1^st prize, R.MITRA secured 2^nd prize and A.ABDHUL RASHEETH got 3^rd prize. Student from 3^rd year A.LAKSHMI secured 2^nd prize for poster presentation.

Overall the event was organized in well manner, validation program was conducted prize and certificates were distributed by dignitaries. We are grateful to be part of this event.
