SVCET Conducted Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate 6 days FDP with ICTACT from 22nd September 2025 to 26th September 2025

The ICT Faculty Development Program (FDP) on “Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate” was inaugurated on 22nd September 2025 at the MBA Seminar Hall of SCVET. The five-day FDP, scheduled from 22nd September to 26th September 2025, brought together faculty members to enhance their knowledge and expertise in the emerging domain of Artificial Intelligence and Microsoft Azure technologies. The inauguration ceremony was graced by the esteemed presence of: Dr. S. Pradeep Devaneyan, Principal Dr. K. B. Jayarraman, Vice Principal Dr. S. Balaji, Dean – Academics Dr.V.Nagaraj Dean - IQAC Mr. J. Anandharaj, Head, Office of Corporate Relations Mr. Jairus, Senior Relationship Manager Mrs. A. Kavinilavu, ICT SPOC Heads of various departments, along with faculty members. The programme witnessed active participation with 15 faculty members from SCVET and 15 faculty members from other institutions, making it a collaborative and enriching platform for knowledge sharing. The FDP is designed to equip participants with essential skills in Microsoft Azure AI services, enabling them to integrate advanced AI tools and techniques into teaching, learning, and research practices. The sessions will include hands-on training, demonstrations, and discussions aligned with industry standards. This initiative reflects SCVET’s commitment to fostering continuous professional development among educators, strengthening industry-academia collaborations, and ensuring that faculty members stay updated with the latest technological advancements. The inaugural session concluded with words of encouragement from the dignitaries, followed by the technical sessions commencing on the same day.
