Session on Angel Venture Capitals Funding on 29th August 2025
Sri Venkateshwaraa College of Engineering & Technology, Ariyur, organized a Session on Angel/VC Funding on 29th August 2025 in hybrid mode. The session was delivered by Dr. B. Girirajan, Dean-Innovation & Startups, SR University, Warangal.
More than 50 students actively participated in this session. The resource person shared his expertise on various funding opportunities available for budding entrepreneurs, the role of angel investors and venture capitalists in nurturing startups, and how startup principles help in building sustainable business models. Real-world examples of successful startups were discussed to inspire students to ideate, innovate, and take the first step toward entrepreneurship.
The event was coordinated by Mrs. S. Punitha (AP/EEE) under the guidance of Mr. C. Manikandan (Convenor - IIC), with support from organizers Dr. B. Magimai Raj (Vice President - IIC) and Dr. G. Amuthavalli (President - IIC).
