CDE PROGRAM ON “EFFECTIVE DOCTOR -PATIENT COMMUNICATION SKILL IN DENTISTRY”
A CDE programme on communication skill enhancement, "Effective Patient Communication Skills in Dentistry," was organised for interns, faculties, and postgraduates on January 11, 2023 by the "Dental Communication Unit" of Sri Venkateshwaraa Dental College, Puducherry. The gathering was welcomed by Dr. Varsha Murthy, Professor, HODDepartment of Prosthodontics and Crown & Bridge, SVDC.

A CDE programme on communication skill enhancement, "Effective Patient Communication Skills in Dentistry," was organised for interns, faculties, and postgraduates on January 11, 2023 by the "Dental Communication Unit" of Sri Venkateshwaraa Dental College, Puducherry. The gathering was welcomed by Dr. Varsha Murthy, Professor, HODDepartment of Prosthodontics and Crown & Bridge, SVDC. The session commenced with an introductory talk by Dr. S. Senthilnathan, Principal, HODDepartment of Periodontology about the CDE programme. A series of lectures on various topics related to communication skills were given by the members of DCU at Sri Venkateshwaraa Dental College. Powerpoint presentations by the members of DCU and role plays by interns made the session more interactive. Thirty-one participants, including faculty, postgraduatesand interns from various colleges in Tamil Nadu, had registered for the programme.
