Over 300 Women Employees Benefit from SVCOPT Women’s Health Awareness Session at Datamatics
As part of the SVCOPT Outreach Programme, a Women’s Health Awareness Session was conducted for women employees at Datamatics, Puducherry on 06.03.2026. The session was facilitated by Dr. J. Philomina, MPT (Neuro), Assistant Professor, along with II Year Postgraduate students. The programme included an interactive session on women’s health, followed by screening physical tests focusing on posture, flexibility, and musculoskeletal health. Participants were also provided with ergonomic advice and postural education to help prevent work-related musculoskeletal problems commonly seen among IT professionals. More than 300 women employees actively participated in the programme and benefited from the awareness session and screening activities.
