Professional Development Programme on Digital Pedagogy for Academic Excellence and Global Competitiveness

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Indirani College of Nursing, Ariyur, Puducherry, organized a Professional Development Programme on “Digital Pedagogy for Academic Excellence and Global Competitiveness” on 06.11.2025  at the college premises. Dr. K.B. Jayarraman, M.E., Ph.D., Vice Principal, Sri Venkateshwaraa College of Engineering and Technology, Ariyur, Puducherry, served as the Resource Person. He delivered an enlightening session highlighting the integration of digital technology in teaching–learning processes to enhance academic quality and foster global competitiveness among students.

The session focused on the effective use of innovative digital tools, blended learning approaches, and virtual classrooms to promote active engagement and digital competence among educators and learners. Faculty members participated enthusiastically and shared their experiences in adopting technology-based teaching strategies. The programme concluded with an interactive discussion followed by a vote of thanks expressing gratitude to the resource person for his valuable insights and contribution to faculty development.
