WORLD TOURISM DAY

The YRC unit of Indirani College of Nursing has organized World Tourism Day with an event of sapling plantation on 27.09.2024 between 10.30 am to 11.30 am at College campus .The aim of the programme is an environmental initiative and it was conducted with sapling plantation in and around campus to promote greenery and combat climate changes. The programme was coordinated along with officials of Residency Towers, Puducherry. Dr.Vidya.B, Chief Operating Officer, SVGI, inaugurated and presided over the Programme. Mr.Rahul.B, Mr.Vinoth ,Mr.Shanmugam, Mr.Rajaram, Mr.Vincent, Mr.Rajasankar, Mr.Jiasunda and Mrs.Sathya Priya from Residency Towers, Puducherry graced the occasion with their presence and sapling were planted on the day.

This program has seen active participation from YRC volunteers through sapling plantation. This programme was conducted successfully under the guidance of Dr.Prof. Malliga.M, Principal and Dr.Prof.Rajeswari.R, Vice Principal Mrs.Manju.E, YRC Coordinator coordinated the overall programme along with YRC volunteers.
