On Commemoration of World Lung Cancer Day, The Department of Medical-Surgical Nursing of Indirani College of Nursing has organized a Health Education Program on the theme of “Close The Care Gap” on 03.08.2022 between 10.30 am to 12.00 pm at the Primary Health Centre. Beneficiaries of the program were patients General Public around 18 members. The program was started at 10.45 Am. Ms. Gayathri. S, P M.Sc Nursing I year has delivered health education to the public. 4 students from M.Sc Nursing I year have actively participated in this event by clarifying the doubts raised by the beneficiaries. Mrs. Nandhini S, Lecturer Department of Medical-Surgical Nursing Coordinated the program. The overall program was conducted under the Guidance of Our beloved Principal Dr. Prof. Malliga M and respected Vice Principal, Dr. Prof. Rajeswari. R, Head of the Department of Medical-Surgical Nursing. The program successfully ended at 12.00 Pm.
