The Department of Management Studies organized an engaging session on “Classroom to Boardroom: 101” on 5th April 2025 as part of the Yi YUVA initiative by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), with the objective of bridging the gap between academia and industry.                                                                   

                                                                                                                                                                     The keynote speaker for the event was Mr. Ragunandan Ganapathy, Executive Director of the Ruchi Group of Companies, who brought with him a wealth of experience from the corporate world. His engaging talk focused on the transition from student life to professional careers, highlighting the importance of leadership, adaptability, and strategic thinking in today’s dynamic business environment.

                                                                                                                                                                      The event was a part of the department’s ongoing efforts to provide experiential learning opportunities and industry interaction for students. It was well-received by all attendees and concluded with a token of appreciation presented to the guest speaker.
