24th SYMPOSIUM

This special edition recaps the highlights from our successful event on “CONCEPT OF PLOMETRICS TRAINING IN SPORTS” The 24^th symposium was conducted by SVCOPT on 10^th of October 2024, 6^th floor at Mary Mc Millan Hall. The resource person was Dr. Perooru Rupesh, Founder, exercise doctor at Chennai. The formal inauguration was started around 10 am. Prof.Dr.K.Anand Babu honored our Resource person. Then the session was handover with speaker introduction. The session started with the introduction of Plyometrics and its importance on field. Followed by an interactive and engaging practical session was done to improve practical skills and knowledge on specific training and outcome. Students of both UG and PG were participated actively.

The program concluded successfully with Our Advisory Head, Dr.R.Venguttaramane honoured our resource person with memento and he delivered speech about the workshop. Official renewal of memorandum of understanding signing ceremony was facilitated by Prof. Paulraj. Resource person & Advisory head gave the Appreciation Certificate for organizing the 24^th symposium to Mrs.G.Subalakshmi, Assistant Professor. Participation Certificate was given to students. Finally, session end up with feedback session from UG & PG students, vote of thanks were given.
