SVCET CII AND IWN Career Ecosystem Launch 2026 in association with the Indian Women Network and Confederation of Indian Industry

The  Confederation of Indian Industry  Sri Venkateshwaraa College of Engineering and Technology (SVCET), successfully organized the IWN Career Ecosystem Launch 2026 – Puducherry Chapter in association with the Indian Women Network (IWN)

The event was graced by Mrs. Amudhavalli Ranganathan, Chairperson – IWN Tamil Nadu and Director – E-Commerce & Special Projects, CavinKare Group, as the Chief Guest. Her inspiring address motivated students to focus on career readiness, leadership, confidence building, and industry-oriented skill development.

The programme was conducted under the guidance and support of the Management, Principal Dr.Pradeep Devaneyan, Vice Principal Dr K B Jayarraman and Dr. B. Magimairaj, Vice President – IIC, whose encouragement played a vital role in the successful organization of the event.

The launch marked an important step towards strengthening industry–academia collaboration and empowering students, especially women, through career guidance, skill development, placement preparation, leadership initiatives, and industry interaction opportunities.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from faculty members and students, along with chief guests the successful entrepreneurs of Indian Women Network have also participated and shared their insights to our students, making it a meaningful and impactful initiative towards shaping future-ready professionals.
