SVCET MBA Dept MMA Student Chapter organized a LOU Signing Ceremony along with two seminar sessions on 16th December 2025

 Department of Management Studies (MMA Student Chapter), SVCET successfully organized an LOU Signing Ceremony along with two seminar sessions on 16th December 2025.

An LOU was formally signed between SVCET and the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) in the presence of Mr. Subhayu Das, Assistant General Manager, NISM, who visited the campus for the signing and also delivered a session on career opportunities in the securities market and the role of NISM. This collaboration will enable SVCET students to benefit from NISM certifications, credit/skill-based courses, faculty development programs, examination centre facilities, placement facilitation support, concessional e-learning programs, and enhanced industry exposure, thereby significantly improving student employability in the financial and securities markets.

Additionally, a seminar on “Mutual Funds – A Safe Investment Tool: Know the Basics & Stay Scam-Free” was delivered by Dr. K. Prabhakaran, Director, Edify Ed Tech, Coimbatore, which enhanced students’ financial literacy. The programmes witnessed active participation and received positive feedback.
