Career Development Programme

Indirani College of Nursing successfully hosted a Career Development Programme on 18th of February, 2025. The event was graced by the distinguished Mr. Dinesh Gajendiran, a renowned educator, social activist, and mentor. He is the Catalyst and Executive Director of the Audacious Dream Foundation in India, delivered a highly engaging and insightful talk focused on key areas that are essential for personal and professional growth in today's world: Resume Building, and Life Skills. During his session, He shared his wealth of knowledge on how individuals can equip themselves with the essential skills to succeed in the modern workforce. He emphasized the importance of developing 21st-century skills such as critical thinking, communication, problem-solving, and adaptability. He walked the attendees through the essential elements of a professional resume, including how to craft a compelling personal statement, highlight key skills and achievements, and present relevant experience in a concise, organized format. The Career Development Programme was met with great enthusiasm by students, educators, and professionals. The programme was conducted with the guidance of Dr. Prof. Malliga Kannan , Principal and Dr. R. Rajeswari, Vice Principal cum IQAC Coordinator. The event coordinated well with the support of the college administration, the organizing committee, and the students.
