INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY
International women day (IWD) gives focus to issues such as gender equality, reproductive rights, and violence and abuse against women. On behalf Of Women Cell Committee organizing Seminar on the topic of “Empowering Women Through Natural Health” on 08.03.2024 at Multipurpose Hall , ICON between 10.30 AM to 12.30 AM.
The Programme was started at 10.30 AM with the warm welcome by Mrs.Kavitha Associate professor. The Eminent speakers Dr. Deepthi Maria, Medical officer Ayurveda, HWC Ariyur, Puducherry and Dr. Joy Emmanuel, Medical officer Ayurveda, CHC, Mannadipet, Puducherry delivered an elaborate lecture on the topic “EMPOWING WOMEN THROUGH NATURAL HEALTH” students are interestedly followed the session. This Seminar highlighted about menstrual health and water conservation is important for everyone. After the completion of seminar, queries were clarified. Overall program was organized and conducted successfully by Mrs. Kavitha, Associate professor, Department of OBD under the Guidance of Principal Prof.Dr. Malliga. M and Prof.Dr. Rajeswari. R Vice Principal cum IQAC Coordinator. The program was successfully ended by 12.30 AM.
