National Programme for Control of Blindness
The Department of Ophthalmology, IGGGH & PGI, Puducherry, in association with the National Programme for Control of Blindness, observed the 26th World Sight Day 2025 on 29.10.2025 by organizing various awareness programmes and competitions to emphasize the importance of vision and eye health.
As part of the observance, Mr. Thamizharasan, B.Sc Nursing I Year student of Indirani College of Nursing, participated and secured the 3rd Prize in the Photography Contest. The institution extends its warm congratulations to him for his creative contribution and active participation in promoting the message “Love Your Eyes.”
