SVCOPT 7th Alumni Meet 2026

The SVCOPT 7th Alumni Meet 2026, organized under the Sri Venkateshwara Physios Genesis Ascent Alumni Association, was held on 16 July 2026. The official alumni session commenced with an insightful panel discussion on the topic, "Extent of Clinical Therapist Involvement in Research: Current Status and Challenges."

The panel discussion was moderated by Dr. Vasatharaj, CEO, ElROI Physio Rehab, Puducherry, and Prof. Jeyanthi S., Principal. The session featured valuable perspectives from distinguished alumni, who shared their experiences and insights on the importance of research in clinical practice, the current level of therapist involvement, and the challenges faced in integrating research into routine clinical work.

The alumni speakers were honoured for their valuable contributions during the session. The Principal expressed her gratitude to all the alumni presenters for their enthusiastic participation and insightful presentations. She also shared her vision and future initiatives aimed at strengthening alumni engagement, promoting collaborative research, and enhancing academic and professional development within the institution.

The event was successfully organized by the Sri Venkateshwara Physios Genesis Ascent Alumni Association, under the coordination of the General Secretary, Dr. J. Philomina.
