SVCOPT Hosts Research Talk on Scientific and Ethical Integrity

Sri Venkateshwaraa College of Physiotherapy organized a Research Talk Program on “Protecting Research Integrity: Understanding Scientific & Ethical Misconduct” on 20th December 2025 at 9.30 AM in the SAI Auditorium, SVMCH&RC. The program witnessed enthusiastic participation from the faculty members and students of the Sri Venkateshwaraa Group of Institutions (SVGI), with a total attendance of 261 students and 50 faculty members.

The session was led by Dr. P. V. Hari Hara Subramanyam, MPT, PhD, Associate Professor, Meenakshi College of Physiotherapy, Meenakshi Academy of Higher Education & Research, Chennai.

The event commenced with a welcome address by Dr. Malarvizhi.M, PT Senior Assistant Professor, event coordinator and research co-ordinator , SVCOPT. This was followed by the formal honoring of the resource person by Dr. Papa Desari, Dean – Research, and Prof. Dr. Jeyanthi S., Principal, SVCOPT and Associate dean reserch, prof .Dr.Anand vayaravel Dean, SVCPMS

The engaging two-hour session emphasized the importance of ethical conduct, research integrity, and awareness of scientific and ethical misconduct in academic research.

The event concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Dr. Krithika, Assistant Professor and institutional innovation council coordinator, followed by a group photograph session, marking the successful completion of the program.
