The Department of Management Studies successfully organized a Professor of Practice session on Global Perspectives in Management Practices, Innovation, and Diversity for the I MBA students (2024-26 batch). Mr. M. Krishnaraj, HR Manager , Lebracs Rubber Linings Pvt. Ltd., Puducherry, shared valuable insights on contemporary management practices, innovation strategies, and fostering diversity in organizations.
The event was highly engaging, and the students gained significant practical knowledge on global perspectives.
