Iodine Disorder Deficiency day- Indirani College of Nursing

Introduction: Department of Community Health Nursing/ Swatchh Bharat  unit of Indirani college of nursing organized poster exhibition under the theme “Raises public awareness of the critical function of iodine plays in human health” on 21.10.2022 between  10.30 am to 12.30 pm  at Sivaranthagam.

Report on the event: The  B.Sc Nursing II Year students enacted the awareness through poster exhibition under the theme  “Raises public awareness of the critical function of iodine plays in human health” and discussed the beneficiaries  to know the importance of iodine .

The programme was organized by Mrs.Manju.E ,Asst. Professor, Department of Community Health Nursing under the guidance of Dr. Prof. Malliga. M, Principal  and Dr. Prof. Rajeswari. R, Vice principal.

Conclusion: The participants feedback was obtained at the end of the programme which stated that the programme was very useful and the participants gained adequate knowledge on the importance of iodine .The programme successfully ends at 12.30 pm.  The feedback was analyzed and interpreted as excellent, good and fair . Out of 47 participants, 36 of the them expressed as excellent and 21 stated  as good .
