NSS CLUB INAUGURATION

The National Service Scheme Club was inaugurated on the 27^th of May 2023, at Sai Auditorium, Sri Venkateshwaraa Medical College Hospital and Research Center, Ariyur, Puducherry. The main objective of the club is to develop a sense of social and civic responsibilities, acquire leadership qualities, and develop democratic attitudes. The Principal of the college, Dr. S. Senthilnathan, HOD Department of Periodontology, was the guest of honor. Dr. G. Shobana, Senior Lecturer, Department of Public Health Dentistry, and Dr. S. Duraimurugan, Senior Lecturer, Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, are the club coordinators, and the club consists of CRRIs M. Suji, M. Sridharani, S. Mithuna, S. Mohan Kumar, and V. Natarajasivam as members. The event was graced by the presence of the Vice Principals, HODs of all the departments, faculties, and the students. Students were informed about the NSS club activities and were encouraged to take part in the events that will be conducted by the club in the future.
