Oral Cancer Awareness Rally
The Indian Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Oral Pathologists conducted a rally event to raise awareness about oral cancer on 14th October, 2023.
The Indian Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Oral Pathologists conducted a rally event to raise awareness about oral cancer on 14th October, 2023. The rally was flagged off by Dr. Nihar Ranjan Biswas,Vice Chancellor; Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth; and Dr. Ramesh, former president of the IAOMP.Dr. Shabana Fathima, Professor, Department of Oral Pathology and Microbiology,Dr. Amirtha Priyadharscini, Reader, Department of Oral Pathology and Microbiology, students and interns participated in the rally carrying cancer awareness placards. The rally started from Anna Square and finished at Gandhi Thidal, Beach Road, Pondicherry.A commendation plaque was presented to the Department of Oral Pathology and Microbiology of SVDC by the organizers.
