Inaugural ceremony of Professional society Computer Society of India for the Department of CSE on 15th November 2024 at SVCET

Computer Society of India (CSI) Student Branch Inauguration and Exelion Association Inauguration at Sri Venkateshwaraa College of Engineering and Technology:

CSI Student Branch was inaugurated at Sri Venkateshwaraa College of Engineering and Technology, Ariyur. The Department of Computer Science and Engineering in association with Research and Development Cell has inaugurated the Computer Society of India, Student Branch and Association for CSE department named "Exelion Association",unleash the power of code. The  Chairperson of CSI - Chennai Chapter, Dr. K.Komathy launched the association by handing over the Institution Membership and Student Branch Membership to Chief Operating Officer of SVGI, Dr. B. Vidhya, Principal of SVCET, Dr. Pradeep Devaneyan and Vice Principal of SVCET, Dr. K.B. Jayaraman. Dr. N.Balaji, Dean Academics cum HOD of CSE , Head of R&D Dr. G.Amuthavalli solicited the occasion. The Chief guest Dr.K.Komathy, chairperson of CSI- Chennai Chapter addressed the students regarding the Vision,Mission of CSI and other skill development, networking opportunities, competitions, research and projects that are available to students under CSI. The inauguration will embark on an incredible platform for the students to unleash their talents in their future endeavours  

The Vice principal Dr.K.B.Jayarraman welcomed the gathering and Dr.G.Amuthavalli, Professor and Head- Research and Development delivered the vote of Thanks.
