MBA students from I & II Year actively participated in the HR SDG Conclave on "HR Practices for Ensuring Sustainability in Industrial Developments," organized by Manakula Vinayagar Institute of Technology (MIT), Puducherry, on 21st March 2025.
The event, conducted in collaboration with the Puducherry HR Circle, provided a valuable platform for students to gain insights into the evolving HR landscape, sustainable industrial development, and best HR practices from industry experts.
Our students engaged in discussions, networked with professionals, and enhanced their understanding of HR’s role in sustainable business growth.
