National Parents Day

In honour of National Parents Day, the Department of Child Health Nursing hosted a video presentation on July 24, 2023, from 10.30 am to 11.30 am in the multipurpose hall at Indirani College of Nursing. The pupils' video presentation expressing their gratitude to their parents was shown in order to encourage positive parent-child relationships. All of their early recollections with their parents, special times they had together, and moments of family reunification were captured on camera. Under the direction of the principal, professor Dr. Malliga M, and professor Dr. Rajeswari R, vice principal and IQAC Coordinator, the whole program was effectively arranged and carried out by Mrs. Suchatha S and professor Chandralekha E. The participant's reaction, which we received at the end of the program, suggested that it was beneficial to acknowledge the role of parents in the lives of children, to make our parents happy, and to improve healthy parenthood. Their opinions were examined and found to be excellent.
