Indirani College of Nursing collaboration with Sathya Special School
On commemoration of the Child and Family Health Program, Indirani College of Nursing collaboration with Sathya Special School has planned to organize the Child and Family Health Program on 13.02.2024 at Laws Pet, between 10.00 AM to 2.00 PM.
The Programme started at 10.00 AM with a warm welcome by MS. Chitra Shah, Vice President, Special Olympics Bharat, and New Delhi. Felicitation was given by Shri.P. Ragini, Director, Directorate of Social Welfare, Puducherry, and Dr.V. Anandalakshmi, Deputy Director of [FW&MCH], Puducherry and then special address was given by Shri.P.M.L.Kalyanasundaram, MLA of Kalapet constituency and Shri.M.Vaithianathan, MLA of Lawspet constituency. M.Sc (Nursing) I year students, Volunteers actively involved in the arrangement of the stadium for a health check-up. Registration was done in health camps for specialized children and also performed anthropometric assessment and psychological assessments. The overall program was successfully coordinated by Mrs.Amudha, Associate Professor, ICON, under the guidance of Principal Prof.Dr. Malliga.M, Prof.Dr. Rajeswari. R Vice Principal cum IQAC Coordinator. The program was successfully ended by 2.00 PM.
