As a part of an intra-collegiate venture (Tuesday Event), the second Tuesday was identified as Scientific Forum, which was coordinated by Mr. Paulraj M, Associate Professor and his team. Despite the fact that faculty and students were busy in various academic activities, the organising committee was completely prepared for the event in a short period of time behind the scenes, and we are pleased to share the happenings of the research learning event -1 “Scientific Forum 2021-22."

As a part of an intra-collegiate venture (Tuesday Event), the second Tuesday was identified as Scientific Forum, which was coordinated by Mr. Paulraj M, Associate Professor and his team. Despite the fact that faculty and students were busy in various academic activities, the organising committee was completely prepared for the event in a short period of time behind the scenes, and we are pleased to share the happenings of the research learning event -1 “Scientific Forum 2021-22."

The purpose of this forum is to discuss about the present and future research application directions, as well as what are the possible actions which has to be made to improve the responsible conduct of research in physiotherapy. What are the most recent guidelines for supporting researchers in their role and responsibility in establishing research practices?

This event comprises a variety of interactive presentations aimed at gaining a better grasp for the benefits of various research learning methodologies. Each session ended with an interactive conversation about the next topic to be covered.

On this platform, Paulraj M, Associate Professor at SVCOPT, presented a Scientific Topic on "Writing and Submitting an Abstract." The event took place at Lecture Hall 1, sixth floor, College of Physiotherapy. The programme was organised under the supervision of Prof.Dr.A. Pahinian, Principal of SVCOPT.Physiotherapy faculty and nearly 150 students took part in the event, expanding their scientific knowledge. The event received positive feedback from attendees. Finally, Ms. Lakshna from Final Year BPT delivered the vote of thanks.
