The Department of Public Health Dentistry organized a flash mob at Rock Beach, Pondicherry, on the 31st May 2023, to observe World No Tobacco Day 2023.
The Department of Public Health Dentistry organized a flash mob at Rock Beach, Pondicherry, on the 31st May 2023, to observe World No Tobacco Day 2023. The event was coordinated by Dr. Kuldeep Singh Shekhawat, Reader, Department Of PHD. Flash mob consisting of CRRIs posted in the Department of Public Health Dentistry performed a dance, that made an attempt to highlight the adverse effects associated with consuming tobacco. The event garnered a lot of attention among the general population who visited the beach. Certificates were then issued to the students who participated in the event.
