NARI SAKTHI
The Puducherry NSS in collaboration with the Government of India Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Central Bureau of Communication, Puducherry has proposed to celebrate women’s day-NARI SAKTHI and organized the event of intercollegiate elocution competition on the theme of “Girls to achieve and Girls to touch the sky” on 03.03.2024 by 1.30 pm at Sri Sai Thirumana Mandapam, Puducherry with the objective of empowering the adolescent girls to understand and adopt integrated work related to social empowerment, cultural empowerment and economic empowerment related to the development of women.
The NSS unit of Indirani College of Nursing has deputed 02 NSS female volunteers to participate in the event of elocution competition in the above-mentioned theme. A participation certificate was provided to the participants. The programme was conducted successfully under the guidance of Dr Prof. Malliga.M, Principal and Dr Prof. Rajeswari. R, Vice Principal, Dr.Prof.Rathidevi.S, NSS Programme Officer, Mrs Manju.E, Asst. Professor, Department of Community Health Nursing coordinated the overall programme.
